Before getting your ticket, please read and acknowledge the following:
1-Our vendor fee x event is $250.
2- The space we provide is 10×10 or less.
3- Sharing space is allowed.
4- Must arrive 9AM and be fully set up by 10AM. Vendors can leave street closure after 5pm but no cars will be allowed into the street closure before 6:15 pm. Vendors must stay open until 5pm.
5- While we do our best to fit everyone who is interested in participating, spaces are limited and we may not be able to host everyone. In that case we will refund your money.
6- We do not provide furnishings or equipment for your space.
6- Must be self reliant, self contained and responsible for any trash in the assigned area.
7- Management will determine your location.
8- This is an outdoor event. In case of rain, we will secure your spot for the following event or will return your money.
9-Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of the event date, will received a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will not qualify for a refund.
10- Things NOT to do:
- Smoke within Shared Spaces footprint.
- Consume Alcohol inside the Shared Spaces footprint except while seated at a table of a bar or restaurant.
- Block the sidewalk or impede the 14′ emergency vehicle lane that runs through the middle of the shared spaces permit.
- Leave things behind for others to clean up or remove.
